Well, if you remember the UPI PIN, then now you can do the transaction, but sometimes the problem comes when you forget the UPI PIN!

There is such a problem in WhatsApp too, it has been seen many times that people who make WhatsApp payments forget their UPI PIN.

In such a situation, they get upset, if you have also faced such a problem, then let us know that if you have forgotten the UPI PIN in WhatsApp Payment in Android phone, then how to reset it?

for android phone

First of all, by opening WhatsApp on your phone, you tap on More option.

After this the payment option will appear in front of you.

Here you have to tap and select the bank account.

As soon as you select the bank account, you will see the option of Change UPI PIN or Forget UPI PIN.

From here click on Forget UPI PIN and after that select the option of Continue.

After this, in the further process, you will be asked to enter the last 6 digits of your debit card and after that the expiry date will be asked.

Sometimes the bank may also ask you for the CVV number.

You will then be asked to enter a new UPI PIN and the same will be confirmed by you.

Now that you have received the new UPI PIN number, you can proceed with your transaction through WhatsApp.

for iphone

If you use an iPhone, you can still generate your new UPI PIN in this way.

For this also you have to first open the account of WhatsApp.

After this, Forget UPI PIN has to be selected.

Here also you have to enter the last digits of the debit card and enter the expiry date.

After this you will be asked to create a new UPI PIN and then after confirming it, you will get your new UPI PIN and can continue with your transaction.
